Nextiva is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for their next-generation Voice capabilities within their CX platform. You'll work with AI and NLP technologies to enhance customer experiences. This role requires strategic ownership and hands-on leadership in product development.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in voice or AI-driven products — you understand the nuances of user experience and how to leverage technology to create impactful solutions. Your strategic mindset allows you to define long-term product strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
You possess a strong technical background, particularly in AI and NLP — you are comfortable discussing technical details with engineering teams and translating complex concepts into user-friendly features. Your experience in UCaaS and CCaaS products gives you a competitive edge in understanding market dynamics.
You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments — you can align diverse teams around a common vision and drive projects from conception to execution. Your communication skills enable you to articulate product strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in product development — you can analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver measurable business impact.
Desirable
Experience with advanced voice technologies and AI-powered solutions is a plus — you have a passion for innovation and a desire to redefine customer interactions through technology. Familiarity with agile methodologies will help you navigate the fast-paced nature of product development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product vision for Nextiva's Voice capabilities, focusing on creating intelligent, automated conversations that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will define the product roadmap and prioritize features that align with user needs and business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches — your hands-on approach will involve working directly with teams to refine product features and gather user feedback. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in the voice space.
You will be responsible for setting key performance indicators and measuring the success of product initiatives — your analytical skills will help you interpret data and make informed decisions that drive product improvements. You will also engage with customers to understand their needs and gather insights that inform product development.
