What you'll do
As the Head of Engineering, you will oversee the technology team responsible for integrating hundreds of partner services into the HomeToGo platform. You will ensure the ingestion of data for millions of properties, transforming and enriching this data for downstream consumers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining communication channels that facilitate interactions with partner services. You will also support the development of property data standards and back-office tools used by support teams. Collaborating closely with product management and data science teams, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for the marketplace, ensuring that engineering efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of best practices.
