Your ability to monitor production and development environments ensures that you can implement preventive measures that enhance the customer experience.

You understand the importance of automation in achieving higher availability and scalability. Your experience includes designing and implementing tools that streamline operations and improve system performance. You are comfortable participating in on-call rotations, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining system reliability and uptime. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Five9, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and automation of large-scale distributed systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve building tools and automation that help achieve higher availability, scalability, and efficiency across our cloud services. You will monitor production and development environments, implementing preventive measures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will also work with delivery teams on software improvements, focusing on achieving higher availability and lower mean time to detection (MTTD). Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of our cloud contact center software, which serves customers worldwide. You will participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring that you are available to address any issues that arise promptly.
