NICE is seeking an AI Sales Lead to expand their presence in the ANZ market. You'll act as a trusted advisor, driving consensus and closing large, complex deals. This role requires strategic sales experience and collaboration with various stakeholders.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the AI sector, with experience in driving significant revenue growth. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners sets you apart, as you align solutions with high-impact transformation initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with channel partners and internal teams to achieve common goals. Your instincts as a hunter enable you to independently advance opportunities and close complex deals effectively.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your strategic mindset helps you navigate the sales cycle from account planning to closing, ensuring that you meet and exceed ARR and ACV booking targets. You are comfortable representing the company at trade fairs and industry events, showcasing your expertise and generating awareness for the brand.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding NICE's presence in the ANZ market by generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and achieving booking targets. You will run full sales cycles, from account planning to closing, ensuring that you maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities. Your role will involve coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), showcasing your ability to respond to complex customer needs.
You will represent NICE Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events, helping to create awareness and generate interest in the company's offerings. Your collaboration with channel partners, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and internal stakeholders will be crucial in driving sales success. You will leverage your experience to close large enterprise deals, ensuring that you align solutions with customer needs and drive consensus across stakeholders.
