You have extensive experience in leading professional services teams, ideally within a technology or software company. Your background includes building operational frameworks that align with company goals and drive revenue generation. You excel in coaching and scaling teams, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire lifecycle.
You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. What you'll do
As the Director of Professional Services at Nylas, you will establish and grow the professional services function, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will build the operational foundation for a scalable, revenue-generating team, designing optimal service offerings and delivery processes. Your leadership will guide a team of Solutions/Implementation Engineers, focusing on customer onboarding, Proof-of-Concept projects, and consultative engagements.

This includes overseeing the entire customer lifecycle and ensuring that the services provided meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
