You are a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading professional services organizations, particularly in a technology or software environment. You have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and executing on complex projects that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. You possess strong financial acumen, understanding how to balance profitability with customer impact. Your ability to analyze data and metrics allows you to make informed decisions that drive the success of the professional services function. You are adept at navigating cross-functional relationships, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and GTM Operations to align goals and deliver exceptional results.

You have a deep understanding of the sales enablement landscape and are passionate about transforming how organizations increase sales productivity. Your vision for professional services is innovative, focusing on scalability and sustainability while ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality service delivery.

You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Professional Services, you will lead Highspot’s global post-sales delivery organization, overseeing Engagement Management, Implementation, Advisory Services, and Technical Account Management. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Professional Services, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives. Your role will involve driving delivery excellence, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, facilitating communication and cooperation between departments. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing best practices and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the professional services team. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization, leveraging data and feedback to inform your decisions.
