What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Professional Services, you will lead Highspot’s global post-sales delivery organization, overseeing Engagement Management, Implementation, Advisory Services, and Technical Account Management. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Professional Services, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives. Your role will involve driving delivery excellence, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, facilitating communication and cooperation between departments.
