You have a solid understanding of conversational design and prompt engineering best practices, which you apply to enhance bot behaviors and optimize user interactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying Conversational AI solutions that align with defined business and technical requirements. You will build and maintain integrations using APIs and modern web technologies, ensuring that all implementations meet the highest quality standards. Your hands-on approach will involve developing proofs of concept and production-ready solution components, as well as supporting testing, validation, and go-live activities to ensure solutions function as expected across customer environments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business success.
