Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on AI technologies β your experience includes implementing and configuring AI-driven solutions that meet business needs. You are comfortable working in customer-facing roles and understand the importance of delivering high-quality project outcomes.
You possess hands-on technical skills, particularly in building integrations and configuring conversational AI platforms β your expertise allows you to ensure that solutions function seamlessly across various customer environments. You are adept at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that implementations meet the highest standards of quality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying Conversational AI solutions β you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical implementations. You will build and maintain integrations using APIs and modern web technologies, ensuring that all components work together efficiently.
You will also implement, enhance, and optimize bot behaviors using conversational design and prompt engineering best practices β your work will involve developing proofs of concept and production-ready solution components that meet customer expectations. Additionally, you will support testing, validation, and go-live activities to ensure that solutions are functioning as intended.
