Who you are
You have a strong background in solution architecture with a focus on customer engagement β you've successfully led projects that require both technical expertise and business acumen. Your experience includes working with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, and you are comfortable navigating complex technical environments to deliver optimal solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise between delivery teams and clients β you understand the importance of translating technical requirements into actionable plans. Your ability to mentor and guide junior engineers is a testament to your leadership capabilities, and you thrive in collaborative settings.
What you'll do
As a Delivery Solution Architect at NICE, you will be responsible for reviewing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements β your insights will contribute to Statements of Work and validate Solution Design Documents during the pre-sales phase. You will ensure the seamless implementation of solution infrastructure and architecture, presenting and supporting solution approaches to both customers and delivery teams.
You will act as a liaison between delivery teams and R&D to resolve product issues, defining site setup requirements and deployment guidelines. Your role will also involve reviewing and validating infrastructure and software requirements, developing technical work plans, effort estimates, and risk mitigation strategies. You will support project managers and mentor Professional Services Engineers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
