What you'll do

As a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by acting as the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. You will collaborate closely with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption of the Databricks platform among your assigned customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their use cases, providing technical guidance, and developing plans to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for building executive relationships and orchestrating efforts across specialized teams within Databricks to deliver tailored solutions.

You will leverage your technical credibility to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they understand the value of the Databricks platform and how to maximize its potential. Your role will involve creating and driving strategies that align with customer objectives, ultimately leading to increased usage and satisfaction. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
