What you'll do

As a NOC Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to alerts in AWS, managing events and incidents to ensure service availability. You will take ownership of incident management, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and collaborating with various teams to resolve them swiftly. Your role will involve implementing proactive monitoring strategies, setting up advanced alerting mechanisms to detect issues before they escalate. You will contribute to automation efforts, using tools to manage monitoring configurations across multiple AWS environments. Additionally, you will lead proactive health checks of AWS environments, ensuring they are running optimally. You will document and improve troubleshooting procedures, maintaining detailed records in our ticketing system for future reference. Your contributions will play a key role in driving automation efforts across our environments, enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of our cloud infrastructure.
