What you'll do

As a NOC Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to alerts in AWS CloudWatch, ensuring service availability through effective incident management. You will take ownership of incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network, infrastructure, or applications. Your role will involve implementing proactive monitoring strategies, setting up advanced alerting mechanisms to detect issues before they escalate. You will contribute to automation efforts, using tools like Terraform to manage monitoring configurations efficiently. Additionally, you will document and improve troubleshooting procedures, maintaining detailed records in our ticketing system for future reference. You will lead proactive health checks of the infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Your contributions will play a key role in driving the overall success of our cloud operations.
