You have a strong background in education and training, ideally with experience in technology-driven environments. Your expertise in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning allows you to create impactful training solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. You are proactive and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of employees, partners, and customers alike. You thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about enhancing customer journeys through innovative training methodologies.

Desirable

Experience in the customer experience sector or with conversational AI platforms is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-hosted solutions and a knack for developing engaging content will set you apart. You are comfortable using various training tools and platforms to deliver effective learning experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the growing professional services team at Proactive AI Agents. You will work closely with the Education and Enablement team, Product and Practice Experts, and Implementation groups to design, develop, and execute a variety of effective training courses. Your focus will be on creating proactive and responsive training solutions that meet the support and service needs of the organization. You will seize opportunities to enhance training effectiveness and drive corporate KPIs through innovative educational strategies. Your contributions will help transform the customer experience and empower users to leverage the full potential of the Proactive AI Agents platform.
