You excel in stakeholder management, translating technical inputs into executable project plans and anticipating variations that may affect resources and successful implementation. Your strong organizational skills allow you to maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage risks effectively. You are adept at facilitating project kickoff meetings, design sessions, and customer readiness sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Cloud Project Manager at NICE, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will lead project kickoff sessions, design discussions, and customer readiness meetings, acting as the primary interface between clients and NICE Systems. Your role will involve managing project documentation, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders.

You will drive project delivery across multiple workstreams, planning for contingencies and anticipating challenges that may arise during implementation. Your ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans will be crucial in ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for resource management, ensuring that the right teams are in place to meet project goals and timelines.
