What you'll do

As a Technical Manager at NICE, you will lead and mentor a team of CloudOps Delivery Engineers, ensuring they are equipped to handle post go-live operations effectively. You will oversee the execution of upgrades, patches, and fixes across customer environments, driving automation and standardization of delivery workflows. Your role will involve assessing the technical feasibility of proposed changes and ensuring adherence to change management processes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to drive operational excellence, ensuring that all changes and enhancements are deployed smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be critical in defining and maintaining delivery playbooks and execution plans that support consistent and scalable operations.
