NICE is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to provide sales and Go to Market support for their Compliance solutions in the Financial Markets sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial services market and key regulations.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the financial services sector, and understand the complexities of compliance solutions. Your experience allows you to analyze market opportunities effectively and communicate how NICE can address these opportunities. You are a strategic thinker who can work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth and support new opportunities. You are familiar with trading operations and can leverage your knowledge to deliver value in compliance and business transformation.
Desirable
Experience in a Subject Matter Expert role or similar position is a plus. Familiarity with NICE Compliance solutions or similar technologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze and report on market opportunities, detailing how NICE can address these opportunities effectively. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure continued revenue growth within the market segment. Your responsibilities will include providing support for sales initiatives and facilitating the adoption of NICE Compliance solutions. You will also be involved in understanding key regulations and business processes across the trading lifecycle, which will help you identify opportunities for improvement and transformation within trading operations.
