You have a proven track record of creating reusable enablement assets, such as playbooks and validation checklists, that facilitate the adoption of AI technologies. Your ability to establish behavioral and operational validation requirements tied to AI deployment demonstrates your commitment to quality and measurable outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work with partners and internal teams to drive AI adoption at scale.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define adoption and enablement standards for AI solutions, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into enterprise contact center operations.
