Who you are
You have a strong background in AI implementation, with experience in delivering specialized AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in conversational design allows you to create engaging AI agents, including chatbots and voicebots, that meet the needs of enterprise customers. You possess a deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and have successfully configured and built AI solutions across various digital channels.
With a focus on code quality and architectural rigor, you ensure that the AI applications you develop are not only functional but also stable and scalable. Your ability to integrate systems seamlessly across CRMs and APIs enables you to create cohesive technical architectures that enhance the overall user experience. You are adept at guiding successful launches, supporting testing, and optimizing performance post-deployment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment, ensuring that the AI solutions you deliver are high-performing and scalable. You will configure and build CXone AI solutions, covering various capabilities such as NLU, IVR/ACD, and ASR. Your responsibilities will include developing AI applications with a strong emphasis on code quality and system stability, as well as integrating systems across customer ecosystems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and ensure that technical implementations align with customer needs. Your strong architectural judgment and creative troubleshooting skills will be essential in solving complex challenges that arise during the implementation process. Additionally, you will support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness, ensuring that customers are fully prepared for the deployment of AI solutions.
