What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer (AI) at NICE, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and configuration of Conversational AI solutions — you will customize and deploy these solutions to align with defined business requirements. Your role will involve building and maintaining integrations using APIs, ensuring that all components work together smoothly.

You will implement, enhance, and optimize bot behaviors, applying your expertise in conversational design to create engaging user experiences. Additionally, you will develop proofs of concept and production-ready solution components, supporting testing and validation activities to ensure that solutions meet customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will also include diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues that arise during the implementation process — you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and adapt existing solutions accordingly. You will play a key role in ensuring that all implementations meet the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the NICE CXone ecosystem.
