You have a strong background in AI and conversational design, with experience in delivering specialized AI-driven solutions. Your technical implementation expertise allows you to lead complex projects from pilot to full deployment, ensuring high-performing AI solutions for enterprise customers. You are skilled in configuring and building CXone AI solutions, covering NLU, IVR/ACD, ASR, and digital channels. Your ability to integrate systems seamlessly across CRMs and APIs enables you to create cohesive, end-to-end technical architectures.

You possess strong architectural judgment and creative troubleshooting skills, allowing you to solve complex challenges while maintaining a focus on performance. Your collaborative nature helps you work effectively across teams, influencing product direction and ensuring successful launches. You are committed to delivering high-quality AI applications, including chatbots and voicebots, with an emphasis on code quality and system stability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of AI solutions, guiding customers through the process of building engaging AI agents. You will configure and develop CXone AI solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and scalability. Your responsibilities will include supporting testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment optimization to ensure successful launches. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and ensure that customer needs are met effectively.

You will also be responsible for integrating various systems and APIs to create seamless user experiences. Your role will require you to maintain a focus on architectural rigor and system stability, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are robust and reliable. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance their AI capabilities.
