What you'll do

In this role, you will lead consulting projects aimed at driving process improvement and ensuring business readiness for the optimal adoption and utilization of NICE's self-service and AI solutions. You will consult with clients to understand their current business and technical processes, self-service needs, and AI implementation requirements. Your recommendations will be based on best practices to design and implement self-service and AI software solutions, ensuring that customers fully optimize their investments.

You will work closely with multiple broad groups within NICE, facilitating collaboration and communication to achieve project goals. Your ability to navigate a matrixed organization will be crucial as you influence stakeholders and drive initiatives forward. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of implemented solutions and making adjustments as necessary to ensure continued improvement and ROI.
