You excel in building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and required documentation. Your strong communication skills allow you to facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including leadership. You are adept at tracking action items and driving accountability across teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Your ability to identify and mitigate risks is crucial in managing escalations professionally. You guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed flawlessly. What you'll do

As a Senior Specialist Client Services Project Manager at NICE, you will lead end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
