You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong technical depth and hands-on experience in various practices and tools. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to design and code modules for infrastructure, applications, and processes. You possess a deep understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS, and have experience with containerization technologies like Docker. Your background includes working with Linux systems, and you are familiar with CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows.

You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions. Your ability to mentor and guide junior team members is a key part of your leadership style, and you believe in fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

Desirable

Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible would be a plus. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus or ELK Stack can enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at NimbleRx, you will assist on larger projects while also managing smaller opportunities independently. You will design and build the next generation of our application, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. Your role will involve designing incremental upgrades to our current products, enhancing their performance and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Your expertise will help streamline our deployment processes and improve the overall efficiency of our development workflows.

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it is secure, scalable, and cost-effective. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance system performance.

You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and mentorship within the team. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you will help develop the skills of junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
