What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer II at NinjaTrader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend systems that support our trading platform. You will collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define system requirements and ensure that the backend services meet the needs of our users.

You will engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Your role will involve optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring that our platform can handle increasing user demands.

You will also participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance. This includes writing technical documentation and contributing to the overall architecture of the system.
