You are a business-minded attorney with a strong background in commercial law, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry. You have a proven track record of providing legal support to sales teams and guiding product development initiatives. Your ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice makes you a trusted advisor within the organization.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Your curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly AI, drive your desire to stay ahead of industry trends and legal developments.
What you'll do
As Commercial Counsel at Nintex, you will serve as a key legal advisor across all aspects of commercial legal support. You will partner closely with Sales teams to negotiate and finalize contracts for SMB and mid-market deals, ensuring that all agreements align with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve guiding product development initiatives, providing legal insights that shape the approach to emerging technologies, including AI.
You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting various legal documents, including contracts, licensing agreements, and compliance materials. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and ensure that Nintex operates within the legal framework while pursuing its business goals. You will also collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop best practices and streamline processes, enhancing the overall efficiency of the legal function.
