What you'll do

As a Commercial Counsel at Nintex, you will serve as a trusted advisor across all aspects of commercial legal support. You will work closely with Sales teams on SMB and mid-market deals, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Your role will involve drafting and negotiating contracts, addressing legal issues that arise during the sales process, and helping to shape the company's approach to emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of AI.

You will collaborate with product development teams to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into the product lifecycle. This includes advising on regulatory compliance, intellectual property matters, and risk management strategies. Your insights will be crucial in helping Nintex navigate the legal landscape as it continues to innovate and expand its offerings.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures that promote best practices in legal compliance and risk management. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior members of the legal team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
