You understand the importance of both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users, ensuring a seamless flow of information throughout the company.

You have experience overseeing multiple aspects of database administration processes, including backup and recovery procedures, clustering, load balancing, and query optimization. Your technical expertise allows you to support business intelligence and development goals effectively. You are detail-oriented and capable of working collaboratively within cross-disciplinary development teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of the company's databases. You will implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data and ensure business continuity. Your role will involve optimizing queries to enhance database performance and managing clustering and load balancing to ensure high availability.

You will collaborate with development teams to understand their database needs and provide solutions that support their projects. This includes working on database design, implementation, and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also be involved in monitoring database performance and making recommendations for improvements.
