Your experience in the banking and financial industry is a plus, as it helps you understand the specific needs of users in this sector.

You are proficient in using design tools such as Figma, which you utilize to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. Your ability to detect user behavior patterns and organize information effectively is key to your design process. You are familiar with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, enabling you to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You thrive in agile environments and have experience working with design systems, which enhances your ability to deliver consistent and high-quality user experiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Nisum, you will be responsible for researching the business, market, and users to define a comprehensive user experience strategy. You will design the product's user experience to ensure it is intuitive and fluid, taking into account the needs of both the end user and the business. You will participate in creating user stories from an experience perspective, contributing necessary acceptance criteria to guide development. Your role will also involve defining the product's information architecture, ensuring that it is organized and accessible.
