What you'll do

As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Nitra, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our fintech solutions. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that help doctors manage their practices more efficiently. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality standards across the team.

You will also be involved in performance optimization, ensuring that applications load quickly and run smoothly. Your expertise in JavaScript and React will be crucial as you develop new features and enhance existing ones. You will participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers. You will have the opportunity to influence the technical direction of projects and advocate for best practices in frontend development.
