You are adept at developing go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences, ensuring that product launches are not only successful but also align with broader business goals.
Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is exceptional — you thrive in environments where you can work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative products to market. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate your vision and strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do
As the Brand Manager for Nitra Health & Wellness, you will lead the charge in launching medical-grade skincare products through a nationwide network of medspas and dermatology clinics. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough product research to identify market needs and opportunities, as well as overseeing the sourcing and branding of new products.
You will manage the pilot launch of products, ensuring that all aspects of the launch are executed flawlessly. This includes coordinating with sales operations to establish early sales strategies and fulfillment processes that support a smooth rollout. Your role will also involve team growth, as you will be responsible for building a high-performing team that can scale with the business.
You will report directly to the GM of NHW, providing insights and updates on product performance and market reception. Your strategic vision will help shape the future of this new business line, turning it into a high-revenue, high-impact initiative that aligns with Nitra's mission of improving healthcare efficiency.
