Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in launching private label products within the beauty or medical-grade skincare sectors. Your experience includes managing product research, sourcing, and branding, which will be crucial as you help shape Nitra Health & Wellness from the ground up. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a keen understanding of market dynamics in the beauty and wellness industry.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking initiative to drive projects forward. Your ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior will guide your decision-making as you develop strategies that resonate with both medspas and dermatology clinics. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate your vision and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or fintech sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with the regulatory landscape surrounding medical-grade products. A passion for beauty and wellness, combined with a strategic mindset, will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As the Brand Manager for Nitra Health & Wellness, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for a new line of medical-grade skincare products. This involves overseeing product research and sourcing, ensuring that the products meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy. You will manage the branding process, crafting a compelling narrative that resonates with your target audience.

You will be responsible for executing pilot launches and early sales operations, working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth rollout. Your role will also include fulfillment management, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently to clinics and medspas across the country. As the business scales, you will play a key role in team growth, identifying talent and building a high-performing team that shares your vision.
