Procurement Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in procurement and vendor management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a trading or financial services environment. Your expertise includes strategic sourcing for IT hardware and networking equipment, and you are comfortable working with technical specifications. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to evaluate vendor performance and manage procurement budgets effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations is essential, and an MBA or Supply Chain certification is a plus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.

What you'll do

As the Procurement Manager, you will own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for trading-critical infrastructure and services. This includes managing vendor evaluations, running RFPs/RFQs, and negotiating contracts to ensure NK Securities has the necessary resources at optimal costs. You will partner closely with Infrastructure and Network Engineering teams to procure essential components such as servers, switches, and low-latency networking solutions. Your role will also involve managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and establishing standard operating procedures for procurement activities. You will track CAPEX and OPEX forecasting for procurement categories, aiming to achieve significant cost savings while maintaining high service levels.
