You are skilled in JavaScript and have experience with frameworks like React and Node.js, enabling you to build seamless user experiences. Your problem-solving abilities shine when tackling complex challenges, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner with design and product teams to deliver polished features. You are eager to take ownership of systems and contribute to the overall success of the dialer experience at Nooks.
Desirable
Experience with distributed systems and integrations is a plus, as is familiarity with performance optimization techniques. You understand the importance of user experience and are passionate about creating efficient, reliable systems that enhance the sales process. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies, and you enjoy mentoring junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
What you'll do
As a Staff Fullstack Engineer at Nooks, you will build and maintain core dialer features that sales representatives interact with daily. Your role will involve collaborating closely with design and product teams to implement UX improvements that enhance the user experience. You will also focus on improving backend APIs and frontend performance, ensuring speed and reliability for sellers. Your work will include partnering cross-functionally with Integrations and Voice Infra teams to create seamless end-to-end flows. You will gain exposure to distributed systems and integrations, building toward senior ownership of dialer experience systems.
