What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Nooks, you will strengthen the core user-facing dialer experience, focusing on dialing, task loading, configurations, and smart lists. You will collaborate closely with design and product teams to implement UX improvements that enhance the overall user experience. Your role will involve improving backend APIs and frontend performance to reduce latency and complexity, ensuring that sales reps can rely on the dialer for their daily tasks.

You will partner cross-functionally with Integrations and Voice Infra teams to ensure seamless end-to-end flows, contributing to the overall success of the platform. As you build towards senior ownership of dialer experience systems, you will gain valuable insights into distributed systems and integrations, further enhancing your technical expertise. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams using Nooks, making a significant difference in their daily operations.
