Who you are

You have 6–10+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly with strong SaaS integrations work. Your deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting allows you to build reliable systems that scale effectively. You possess a strong systems background with a focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring, ensuring that integrations maintain high uptime and low latency.

You are a mentor at heart, providing backend technical leadership within the Core Dialer team. Your collaborative spirit shines as you work closely with Product and GTM teams to prioritize customer-impactful integration projects. You thrive in environments where you can drive reliability and monitoring for integrations, ensuring that error rates are minimized and performance is optimized.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs and CRMs, ensuring that customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer. You will own data pipelines that handle billions of data points, including tasks, prospects, accounts, and ETL processes, while managing retries and rate limits effectively. Your responsibilities will also include driving reliability and monitoring for integrations, focusing on uptime, latency, and error rates.

You will collaborate with Product and GTM teams to identify and prioritize integration projects that have a significant impact on customers. As a technical leader, you will mentor teammates, sharing your expertise and guiding them in best practices for backend development. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high performance and reliability of Nooks' integrations, contributing to the overall success of the platform.
