Who you are

You have 6–10+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly with strong SaaS integrations work. Your deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting sets you apart in the field. You possess a strong systems background with a focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring, which is crucial for the role.

You have a history of building frameworks for integrations and understand the importance of driving reliability and monitoring for integrations, including uptime, latency, and error rates. Your ability to mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer is a key asset that you bring to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs and CRMs, ensuring that customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer. You will own data pipelines that handle billions of data points, including tasks, prospects, accounts, and ETL processes, while managing retries and rate limits effectively.

You will collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to prioritize customer-impactful integration projects. Your responsibilities will also include driving reliability and monitoring for integrations, focusing on key metrics such as uptime, latency, and error rates. As a mentor, you will guide your teammates, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the Core Dialer team.
