Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations or sales enablement, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and metrics. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret sales performance data effectively, providing insights that drive revenue generation and sales efficiency. You are proficient in Salesforce administration, customizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to support data-driven decision-making. Your collaborative nature enables you to work seamlessly with sales and finance teams, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and reporting. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Desirable
Experience with sales compensation plans and incentive programs is a plus, as is familiarity with pricing strategies. You stay updated on new Salesforce features and other go-to-market tools, evaluating their potential impact on system enhancements and efficiency. Your operational support for sales conferences and events showcases your commitment to driving team success and future revenue growth.
