You have a strong background in revenue strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills allow you to define, design, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that inform senior leadership decisions. You are adept at managing CRM data integrity and ensuring reporting accuracy, which supports data-driven decision-making across the organization. You have experience building sales processes and tools that improve efficiency and effectiveness, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies.

Desirable

Experience in a tech company is a plus, as is familiarity with business development operations. You are data-driven and have a knack for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to refine processes and maximize impact. You value agility and are committed to delivering measurable results quickly while fostering a culture of innovation.

What you'll do
