You are comfortable using various communication channels, including email, Zoom, and Slack, to provide timely support to customers. Your ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service is a key strength.
What you'll do
As a Billing Support Specialist at Notion, you will be responsible for providing accurate billing and payment support to customers. What we offer
Notion fosters a collaborative culture where in-person interaction is valued. Team members are required to work from the office on designated Anchor Days, promoting teamwork and collaboration. The estimated hourly rate for this role is between $53 and $63, annualized to a base salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional service and enhancing the customer experience.
