Who you are
You have a strong background in digital strategy and customer experience, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You think like a product manager and are energized by building systems and programs that improve customer interactions. Your ability to influence stakeholders across the organization is key to driving results. You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of in-person teamwork, especially in a culture that values direct communication and collaboration.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered customer support tools and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping would be advantageous. Familiarity with metrics such as CSAT and FRT/SLA adherence will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including User Operations, Marketing, and CX Engineering, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute Notion's digital customer experience strategy across the post-sales journey. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for scalable customer experiences, leveraging channels like Help Center, Chatbot/AI, and in-product education. Your leadership will orchestrate a cross-functional pod to deliver an industry-leading support experience that measurably improves self-serve resolution and customer satisfaction. You will partner closely with various teams to ensure alignment and drive results, making data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience.
What we offer
Notion offers a competitive salary range of $205,000 - $240,000 per year for this role, reflecting the importance of this position within the company. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth. The company culture emphasizes in-person collaboration, with designated Anchor Days for team members to work together in the office.
