You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a high-growth environment — you've successfully managed complex projects and have a proven track record of driving results through data-driven decision-making. Your strategic mindset allows you to see the bigger picture while also focusing on the details that matter. You excel at building relationships across teams and can influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Your analytical skills are top-notch, enabling you to dissect data and derive actionable insights that inform your strategies. You are comfortable working with marketing technologies and have a solid understanding of lead generation and conversion processes. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on key objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the inbound ecosystem that powers TripActions' growth, ensuring a seamless journey from the first digital touchpoint to a Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO). You will partner closely with the PLG Marketing Operations team in Tel Aviv to design and optimize systems and lead-scoring logic that enhance our inbound funnel. Your responsibilities will include defining and refining scoring models that convert leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), while advocating for data hygiene and consistent attribution models across territories. You will influence the global MarTech roadmap, ensuring that the needs for Lead-to-SQO velocity are prioritized in the centralized development cycle. Additionally, you will analyze funnel performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive conversion rates. Your role will be pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.
