With a strong understanding of DevOps practices, you are adept at enhancing development efficiency and operational reliability. You are skilled in identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex project landscapes. What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure-focused digital transformation projects. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to improve the developer experience, championing the adoption of DevOps practices across the organization. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will gather requirements and provide updates to ensure successful project outcomes. You will identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project sustainability. Additionally, you will establish and track KPIs to measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives, continuously seeking areas for improvement and incubating new capabilities before expanding them across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in reimagining the future of investing at Point72, as you work to enhance the company's IT infrastructure and embrace innovative solutions.
What we offer
Point72 offers a competitive annual base salary range of $155,000-$285,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or a comprehensive benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and professional growth. As part of the Technology team, you will be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving technology landscape, contributing to the company's mission of transforming the investment landscape through technology.
