You have a strong background in product marketing, particularly in enterprise settings, with a focus on sales enablement and competitive intelligence. You understand the nuances of B2B marketing and can articulate the value of AI-driven solutions to enterprise buyers.
You are adept at building and maintaining resources that serve as a single source of truth for sales teams, ensuring they have the latest insights and tools at their disposal. Your analytical skills allow you to translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive competitive campaigns and enhance sales performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own Notion's competitor hub, ensuring it remains a trusted and current resource for sellers and customer success managers. You will translate insights into integrated competitive campaigns, building best-in-class battle cards and competitive talk tracks for priority accounts. Your work will involve quantifying Notion's value proposition and enabling teams to close and expand deals effectively.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to gather insights and develop materials that resonate with enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will also include conducting win/loss analysis to refine strategies and improve market positioning. You will play a key role in articulating the business value of Notion's offerings, particularly in the context of AI and industry trends.

The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $185,000 to $230,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this position in driving Notion's enterprise success.
