You have a strong background in solutions engineering, ideally with experience in enterprise environments β you've successfully supported clients in integrating software solutions into their existing tech stacks and understand the complexities involved in large-scale implementations. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs.
You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with sales teams to drive product-led growth β your experience has taught you the importance of aligning technical solutions with business goals, ensuring that clients see the value in the products you support. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with transitioning clients from self-service to enterprise solutions.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Notion, you will be an integral part of the sales organization, focusing on enterprise clients. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements and demonstrating how Notion can meet their needs through tailored solutions. You will collaborate with the existing EMEA team to ensure a seamless integration process for clients, working closely with teams in Dublin, Munich, and Paris.
You will engage with prospects to assess their current tech stack and identify opportunities for Notion to replace existing solutions or enhance their operations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for enterprise sales and solutions engineering, helping to shape the future of Notion's approach in this space.
