Novel is hiring a Communications Lead to own the company's voice and grow its external community across social platforms. You'll work closely with the PR team and engage with customers and influencers. This role requires experience with social media and community building.

You are a scrappy self-starter with a strong interest in building processes and tools as needed. Your experience with social media platforms like Twitter, Discord, and TikTok has given you an obsession with understanding how to engage audiences effectively. You have a proven track record of building communities from scratch and possess exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to develop strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Your keen understanding of the web3 landscape and experience in e-commerce make you a valuable asset to the team. You thrive in startup environments where adaptability and resourcefulness are key to success. You are passionate about fostering a community experience that resonates with customers and creators alike.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Novel voice and be responsible for growing the company's external community across various social platforms. You will work closely with Novel's PR team to drive a compelling customer-facing storyline that aligns with the company's vision. Building out an on-brand program to engage customers, founders, influencers, and DTC operators will be a key focus of your work.
As the external-facing voice of Novel, you will guide customers in fostering their own web3 community experiences. You will leverage your social media expertise to create engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives community growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that Novel's messaging is consistent and impactful.
