Schonfeld is seeking a Communications Associate to support global communications strategies and enhance internal and external messaging. This role requires excellent writing and verbal communication skills and is based in New York City.

What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in writing and editing internal and external announcements, talking points, briefing materials, and social content. You will help manage Schonfeldโs intranet and email, which are two of the primary internal communication tools. Additionally, you will support firmwide, large-scale event planning, logistics, site identification, and execution, which may require travel. Tracking and measuring employee engagement with internal communications and culture initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with various teams across the firm, including Capital Development & Investor Relations, Human Capital Management, and Talent Acquisition, to ensure consistent messaging and amplify communications efforts.
What we offer
Schonfeld offers a competitive salary range between $95,000 and $115,000, along with other forms of compensation such as performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the firmโs communication strategies.
