What you'll do

In this role, you will implement daily vehicle checks and tasks to maintain efficient fulfillment of deliveries and high vehicle uptime. You will perform retrofits and modifications on Nuro vehicles and robots, ensuring they meet operational standards. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues will be a daily task, requiring you to think critically and act swiftly. You will own program management efforts for fleet-related focus areas, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that all procedures are followed and checklists are completed accurately. Your role will also involve responding to and handling emergencies, maintaining a clean and organized workplace that fosters inclusion and psychological safety for all employees. You will play a critical role in supporting the transfer and extraction of vehicles and robots, contributing to the overall success of Nuro's mission to transform daily life through robotics.
