You are a hands-on technical expert with a strong background in vehicle systems and operational reliability. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate.
What you'll do
As a Fleet Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing the operational uptime of our regional robotaxi fleet. You will serve as the first line of escalation for complex technical issues, working closely with the Vehicle Development team to address and resolve problems across all major vehicle systems. Your hands-on approach will involve diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring that the fleet operates reliably and efficiently.
You will collaborate with various teams to improve vehicle performance and reliability, providing feedback on system improvements and operational processes. Your role will also involve documenting technical issues and solutions to enhance the knowledge base for future reference. You will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of service that our customers expect from our robotaxi fleet.
