You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Design, Engineering, and Legal to drive product initiatives.

You possess a strategic mindset, capable of defining and prioritizing product roadmaps that align with business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensures that everyone is on the same page, and you are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical team members. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Nuro, you will lead initiatives that supercharge operations for our Autonomous Vehicles. You will inform the Operations roadmap by identifying the products needed to operate a safe and efficient commercial service. Your role involves defining, designing, and developing innovative solutions that provide our Operations Team with the tools they need to excel. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that product development aligns with operational needs and user feedback.

You will be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions, and you will prioritize features based on user impact and business value. Your hands-on learning approach will involve rolling up your sleeves to understand the operational challenges firsthand, allowing you to create solutions that truly resonate with users. You will also track product performance metrics to assess the impact of your initiatives and iterate on solutions based on data-driven insights.
