Who you are
You have a strong background in systems engineering with a focus on autonomy sensors, including LiDAR, cameras, and radar. Your experience includes defining system-level requirements and designing architectures that ensure safety and reliability. You are familiar with industry standards and have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with hardware and software teams to deliver robust solutions. You understand the importance of validation and performance characterization in the context of autonomous driving systems. You are detail-oriented and have experience conducting hazard assessments and deriving requirements based on risk analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to fostering inclusion and psychological safety within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the definition of system-level requirements for autonomy sensors, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
